Making it happen...
Starting out as a talent agent, Jennifer learned how to find work for her clients, negotiate a deal and ensure they were paid. Moving on as a manager, Jennifer's role expanded. Her goal is to bring her client's vision to life and empower him or her with an understanding of building a business. Her strengths are in career strategy, growing a brand or multiple brands, shopping and structuring the deals that elevate the brands, and the planning and execution of the campaigns around releases, touring and other key career moments small and large that yield impact and generate multiple revenue streams.
As an A&R, the goal is specifically to bring the client's musical vision to life both in navigating the creative process as well as the deals and delivery of all intellectual property created by every party involved. Jennifer's role in her client's albums and singles has led to numerous hit records and building valuable catalog.
Jennifer began producing live shows, tours and content alongside her clients and over the years, and was also tapped to produce other projects for artists and brands. Opening [matrix] studios, she was the in-house producer for numerous projects as well as developing and shopping series and distribution. This involves creative collaboration as well as technical expertise and bringing together talented visionaries and crew members from prep to post-production delivery.
